The Visiting Clinician program provides an excellent opportunity to give your local UAAO chapter a wonderful educational experience in osteopathic medicine!

The program gives each osteopathic medical school the opportunity to invite and host a physician outside of their own school faculty to present a workshop and lecture on osteopathic philosophy, treatment, or application of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in specific disease processes. The Visiting Clinician program pays for the physician to travel and direct the workshop, and is funded by a very generous grant from the American Osteopathic Foundation (AOF)!

Important Visiting Clinician Deadlines for 2006-2007

January 1, 2007 - An attempt must be made to schedule a Visiting Clinician

January 15, 2007 - All Visiting Clinician forms must be completed and returned to the AAO office (in order to be considered for a second Visiting Clinician visit)
