The Visiting Clinician program provides an excellent opportunity to give your local UAAO chapter a wonderful educational experience in osteopathic medicine! The program gives each osteopathic medical school the opportunity to invite and host a physician outside of their own school faculty to present a workshop and lecture on osteopathic philosophy, treatment, or application of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in specific disease processes. The Visiting Clinician program pays for the physician to travel and direct the workshop, and is funded by a very generous grant from the American Osteopathic Foundation (AOF)! Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity! The Visiting Clinician program is one of the paramount benefits that the UAAO has to offer! Some of the best educational experiences that you will have the opportunity to participate in can come through the Visiting Clinician program. To learn more about the Visiting Clinician program, the extraordinary grant from the AOF that makes it possible, and how your chapter can participate, click on the link below (pages 58-67 of the 2006-2007 Chapter Notebook): Visiting Clinician Program information
