Are you dedicated to advancing the principles of osteopathic medicine? Do you have a passion for research? Do you have the drive to make The AAO Journal an outstanding resource for the osteopathic community? If so, you might have the qualifications the AAO is looking for in the next editor-in-chief of The AAO Journal.
The editor-in-chief is responsible for all editorial decisions of the AAOJ, including soliciting submissions and peer reviewers, evaluating submissions, selecting peer reviewers to assess submissions, writing an editorial for each quarterly issue and deciding which articles to include in the journal.
To apply, send an email to AAO Executive Director Sherri L. Quarles that includes an updated curriculum vitae and a cover letter describing your vision for The AAO Journal, what drives your interest in osteopathic research and your qualifications to be the AAOJ’s next editor-in-chief.
